“Always be full of joy in the Lord. I say it again - rejoice!”

—Philippians 4:4 (NLT-SE)

For Joy is Grace Church’s annual movement of generosity to support our global and local missionary partners. Loving our missionary partners brings them and us great joy as together we are bringing the good news about Jesus Christ to the world.

When you participate in FOR JOY….

  • Give

Every penny goes to the joy of sharing in missions effort. Together, we can make a difference!

  • Serve

Every hour brings joy as we encourage our missionary partners.

  • Go

Going on a short-term mission trip is life-changing and brings great joy to our missionaries.

Grace Church gave more than $233,564 to foreign missionaries, Christian nonprofits and church planting in the past year.

Your generosity makes a difference.

Here are some of the stories of how Grace Church’s missionary partners have spread the good news about Jesus Christ.

  • Edward & Hannah Han Bo Tun, BEE World

Edward and Hannah Han Bo Tun pastor a church in Myanmar, provide in depth Biblical pastoral training, and run a Christian orphanage.  Hannah is also involved in a number of women's programs.

  • Nubako & Claudine Selenga, ReachGlobal

Nubako and Claudine Selenga  are with the Evangelical Free Mission ReachGlobal.  They train young men and women in the Democratic Republic of Congo to believe and follow Jesus while providing them with practical skills to earn a living and care for a family.

  • James Flamm, Missions Door

Friends of Internationals work with Arizona university students primarily from the Middle East and Asia, spending time one on one and in groups, conveying the concept of a loving personal God.  Their goal is that God will open hearts and minds to trusting and responding to Jesus' work of righteousness on their behalf.

  • Lucas & Lizi Gomes, ReachGlobal

Lucas and Lizi Gomes are church planters in Porto Alegre, Brazil, the site of a recent catastrophic flood.  In addition to helping their church family through this tragedy, they have concentrated on getting their community back on its feet, supplying food, clothing and temporary housing.  A ReachGlobal missionary family, they are daily displaying the love of Jesus.
